Highway to ADSL

Keith and any other BT people out there.....
 
At present you have to convert your Highway back to an analogue line before its then converted to ADSL.
 
However, I have been told by BT that they are trialing a system where they can convert Highway straight to ADSL.  They keep telling me to phone back every week because they don't know when it will be available.
 
Any chance of some "insider" info ?
