if you want to be cheap with this generator you can do what Ive done, a
small (2kw I think, very noisy) generator wired to 2 6 plug blocks in the
house, then down stairs in the garage a large box of extension cords.  if
theres problems with the power I just run these cords through the house to
the things I need going, (sort of like an extremely large patch panel) then
small UPS on one of the PCs and the PABX.
