You can run what you like from the NTE5 aka Linebox provided you wire to
the
removeable lower half of the frontplate.

You shouldnt remove or wire from the main body of the faceplate.

Keith

notice I said "shouldnt" :-)

3.83 + VAT is cheaper than Maplin by the looks of things (Maplin's
UN27E is 6.99 for the master socket down to UN29G which is 4.99).

If you're not in a hurry (ie. can last another week or so) then I may have
some spare. I took every one I could lay my hands on when we moved office
as I knew there wouldn't be enough in our new office. They're supposed to
be installing a new phone system tomorrow (that can handle enough
extensions
so that we get one each!), so if there are any left over they might be up
for grabs.

Also dont suppose you (or anyone else) has info on the rules about
piping the phone around the house. Does a BT person have to come in
to move the line box or can I do it? Would like to relocate it to
node zero so it is feeding the central phone distribution point.

Shhhhh.... just don't tell Keith....

James H
