Agreed that it stops running the compressor when it hits the right
temperature but I think the on/off distribution for the compressor is such
that the power consumption will *NEVER* get that low.
I'm estimating *MAYBE* as low as 700w but in a big area the compressor will
be running pretty much all the time.
