Some muppet has had a go at the wiring in our house at some time before we
bought it six months ago ... I found brown and blue cores in the back of a
light switch at the weekend where flex has been used instead of cable, our
downstairs lights seem to run off our cooker breaker, the downstairs
lighting breaker works the outside light and the garage light only, the
downstairs ring breaker controls the loft light and the upstairs ring
breaker controls all the sockets in the house.
God job I was intending to do a complete re-wire at some point wasn't it?
