Sorry Guys for this,

A little bit slow on my part here I know there has been a lot of talk
re-ripping MP3's from audio CD's, I have only recently been reading these
posts but now I cannot find what program you use for performing the above
task, could one of you kindly enlighten me please?

I have downloaded Creative Digital Audi Centre for playing MP3's and have
converted a vast amount of my 45's (remember those? 1950's to 1980's
singles) that I had previously recorded as .wav files for burning onto
audio
CD's and now would like to add my existing CD to the plot and now wish I'd
paid attention....

What is regarded as good nowadays for converting 45's and LP's recorded
from
an attached turntable (god I feel so old...) as .wav files editing the
tracks to remove large "clicks" and then recording them as MP3's?
I used to
use err, bugger forgotten! its been so long, another one of those
"round-tuit" things! Suppose really why bother with the .wav part
just go
straight to MP3's as I do not have a CD player in my van anyway and no
reason to play them on my 15 year old CD player as I can do as you are
doing
and have them on the MP3 Server.

Hands up those who are on top of the things they are trying to achieve?
(puts his hand firmly down...)

Any thoughts would be gratefully received,

Thanks Guys,

B.
