RF Extender

HI all

 

Is there anything like an RF Extender??  I have a cordless mouse (Logitech) and would like to extend its range. Currently I can get to the entrance to my computer room but if I go to the entrance to my AV room (an extra 4 foot) it looses the signal.  Ideally I would want to control my PC from the AV room. 

 

Any Ideas?
