These places only usually want a delivery address to cut down fraud
by only delivering to the billing address. So if it's different,
what does it matter where it is?

Have you tried entering something like 'non-us address' to see what
happens? Or contacting them and explaining the situation?
Surely a small point like that can't prevent the order?
