No exercise taken at all, just cut down the calories. I have been losing
over a pound a week since the start of July. The trip to NY clobbered me
though, I'm still not down to the level I was before I went. But should be
back on course soon. Biggest problem is the number of calories in booze,
but
one of my favourite summer drinks is Strongbow which is only about 170kCal
per pint, so I just have that. I think this hacker approach could work well
for me as I don't have to eat crap like slimfast and special
weight-watchers
meals, just keep a note of how many calories go in and use the graphs to
adjust accordingly.
