Patrick, I don't have any knowledge of pronto edit personally, but if it
works on NT4, Win2K is just the consumer name for NT5.

If it doesn't connect, do you have USB or IRDA support on your system? If
so, ensure there's no conflict with the com port the serial cable's on -
the
pronto does use serial doesn't it??

I've seen a lot of systems where IRDA uses a virtual com1 blocking the main
serial. I have to reset this on one of my systems every time I re-build to
get my Palm V hotsyncing.
