Whether that's a problem depends how quickly you need them (if that's not
being too obvious). Use something like the GetRight FTP client with
Freeserve's Unlimited account and it's a dream. I schedule big downloads to
come down overnight whilst I'm asleep.

As to justifying HH. Try this trick. It's hard to work from home if your
only phone line is tied up connected to the Internet, as colleagues can't
call you and you can't call them. HH is about the cheapest way of getting a
second phone line if you don't have access to cable.
