Off topic request for programming help:
We're programming an application that needs to place an ISDN call, keep the
call running for long enough to guarantee that the recipient gets CLI
passed, and then ring off before the recipient has time to answer.
How do we tell when the ISDN call is ringing??? I'm sure that the D-channel
must signal this, but I don't know how to get at the info...
