Dear all,

I have seen many e-mails on this list praising the virtues of both

Comfort

and HV. It appears to me, a novice to HA (although I am getting used to

the

abbreviations) that comfort will probably be my first purchase followed

by

HV.

However, and this is a big concern of mine, I haven't spoken with the

wife

about it yet so I am not sure what she will say but... The comfort

keypads

appear quite ugly. I hope to be starting a new build in a month or so

and

would like everything to look as if it was supposed to be there. I am

concerned that the Comfort keypads give the appearance of something

that has

been added after the event.

My preference would be some sort web based touch screen, CWI would seem

to

open up this possibility but the touch screen hardware is in the $1000

range, too rich for me...

Does anyone else share my concerns ? Can anyone suggest a way round this

'Challenge' ?

Nigel
