Yeah, I'd thought about the possibility of having a print area of some
sort clearly marked and a print button. Document goes in requires
signature button pressed, signature magically appears on document! A
problem I can see hear is the ability to readily access your signature,
I'm not convinced this is a good idea.

Unless you're cruel enough to insist a delivery man waits while you
inspect and test the delivered item in detail you should always write
'not inspected' before you're signature. Of course in British law a
signature on a delivery slip does not support the condition of the goods
or replace your rights, so in the event you sign and then find the goods
damaged harass the company you purchased them from for a replacement,
it's their responsibility and no one else's.

net shopping would appear to be the reason for the development at this
point

Mark's site?? Oh you mean diyautomation.co.uk, yes excellent web site
;-)

it probably would as long as it was dated and recorded. The best way to
ensure copyright is simply to post the relevant documents to you're self
by recorded delivery and store the UNOPENED envelope ready for future
use when a dispute arises [did I say when? I meant if - honest]
