Bet they didn't say which year ;-). I've just found out that a permanent
ISDN connection that we could use to run a web server in-house (I think
its called BT Net) will be charged at 3000 GBP per year!!! (and that's
just 64Kb of bandwidth). BT will clearly not wish to give up such
revenues lightly and will delay as long as possible.
