I got my DS1921 Kit from RS the other day (£26.70 + Delivery). Quite a nice
piece of gear to play with :-).
What I want to know is the complete basics of this stuff. Lets say I want
to
put a thermocron in every room of the house linked back to the serial port
connector so that I can monitor temp on a real-time basis. What do I have
to
do? Do I get some wire and solder the iButtons to it ?? How do I do that.
Solder what to what ?? These simple things are what I want to know about
before I invest in any more iButton but it seems very hard to find any
BASIC
info on the web regarding iButton.
