The only isp I know that will give you a static ip is demon, although I am
not sure if they are still doing this.


The other option is to use a service such as www.myip.org which will allow
you to have a static address ie andyr.myip.org which you can update with
your current dynamically assigned ip. Although the updating software is
being rewitten as we speak :(
