Basic pronto still looks great value. I have a fairly meaty ccf file
including quite a few Sky Digibox channel logos and I still have 55% memory
free.

Visual or sound stutters definitely shouldn't be there! (there maybe a
slight pause on the layer change though).
Bad sync is a problem with some player and some discs have a problem too.
When you get both together it is really bad. Sometimes pausing then
un-pausing or rewinding a bit brings the sync back.
