Only catches I can see are:
They reserve the right to add their own banner ads, which mightn't be
attractive. Probably not as annoying as the geocities floating image, but
you don't have any control over what they advertise on your site.
If you get sick of their service, or if they introduce charges or change
the telephone access rates, it costs a bit to transfer the name.
As usual, you don't get owt for (absolutely) nowt!
