Just about anywhere, I suspect- Maplin, Farnell, RS are a fairly safe bet,
but you might get cheaper elsewhere?

Banana sockets aren't really ideal for speaker connections, and aren't
particularly nice to look at anyway- you could use XLR (professional mic
connection), AXR (similar to XLR, red bodied) or the like- there are panels
available prepunched, usually for the Neutrik versions of these- have a
look in the above suppliers' catalogues.

MK Albany, ISTR, includes co-ax and RJ-45 sockets in its range- I expect
you can get other MK faceplate models with the same range- ask at your
local electrical wholesaler for an MK catalogue.  You can also get blank
faceplates, so you could drill them out yourself for XLR, or even
MDP/banana plug connectors.  You could even use a twin co-ax outlet for 2
speakers... as long as you don't get mixed up and plug the amp output into
the back of the TV by mistake...
