NTL Broadband queries

OK, as I've got just a little under a fortnight to get everything ready,
I've got to decide where I want the various bits installed... So, can
anyone
who has already got NTL cable broadband installed tell me the following:
* What cable comes into the premises? (is it CT100?)
* Where does it terminate? - i.e. is there an NTL wall box that it goes to
first (like the B.T. Home Highway box), or does it go straight to the
set-top box?
