Audio channel - no.
Composite video channel - yes.

I use a completely standard KAT5 unit to carry S-Video and SP/DIF. You
just need to remember that SP/DIF is, from an electrical point of
view, more like a video signal than an audio one.

No connection with KAT5 other than as a customer, etc., etc.
