Let's see how it goes getting the switcher finished and leave Keith to
get on with that instead of worrying about how to allocate etc.

If I were Keith, I would build a few *before* even telling anyone it was
ready, so that there were probably, going to be enough to satisfy the
initial rush. Keith knows those who have shown an interest and most
likely who will just buy one straight off the bat so I'm guessing that
the initial stock is likely to exceed that quantity by a few units.
