It won't work on a linux machine but if you are looking for similar
system then look at http://www.attrm.com/  This system directly
connects to your broadband and does not require a PC. It is designed by
the same company and most of the motorola devices are supported except
the wireless cameras. For $99 you would get a Panasonic Pan/Til camera
, 2 Ethernet adapters and 1 door sensor. There is monthly subscription
