the first byte is C0 C1 C2 C3 C4 C5 C6 C7
and the second is /C0 /C1 /C2 /C3 C4 C5 C6 C7.
Using the first illustration and its first byte 00110111, the second byte is
11000111.
There's no difference in timing between the 310MHz used in N. America and
the 433.92MHz used elsewhere. Most X-10 receivers tolerate wide variations
in timing. I've tested them with ±20% variations. Some European receivers
may have tighter bandwidth.
