Time sequencing power strip

I am looking for a source for a power strip/surge protector, perhaps UPS,
that will sequence at least some of the outlets. I recently went broad band,
and have found that their instructions to turn on the modem, router, and
computer in sequence is the only way to ensure a successful connection.
