Baby Monitor (IP Camera)

Hello

I'm trying to come up with a good baby monitor configuration.

Here;s what I'm looking for

Audio
Video
Infrared mode for nighttime viewing
Internet controllable  (pan, zoom , etc)
Viewable via computer on Network
Viewable on TVs
Viewable on a portable / handheld monitor

So I basically need an IP camera (w/ infrared and audio) with a
built-in webserver.  And something that would allow me to publish the
audio/video to my TV sets.

Any ideas ?
