Here's another Windows app for linking/unlinking/controlling Insteon.

It requires Smarthome's Device Manager which you can d/l from the above
site, also.

The site has source code in PureBasic <http://www.purebasic.com/index.php3>
which is an inexpensive multiplatform (Windows, Linux, AmigaOS, MacOS-X)
compiler which creates very small stand-alone executables with no need for
any support files.
