Receiving security RF codes from DS10A

Someone in the ADI forum asked if there was a way for the Ocelot to read
X-10 security RF codes as in those transmitted  by the DS10A.  While this
device:

translates X-10 RF to serial ASCII, IIRC, the Ocelot can't read ASCII, only
write it.  Am I all wet on this or what?
