Isnt this the old Xanboo company? Everything had to connect to the
internet and for $xx a month you could watch your dog from anywhere in
the world. It didnt go over too well.

Motorola and Shell Oil (of all companies!) went into a joint venture
and bought Xanboo, then Shell pulled out, leaving Motorola with the
Xanboo technology.
