WS467 Flickering

I have a number of WS467s converted to 240v, using the well known methods,
which have now started to misbehave. They switch on and off OK but flicker
wildly at about 10Hz or less.

All have worked for some years without trouble but now I need an expert out
there to narrow down the offending component.

Any takers?
