The problem I see is that the table could bind or even break when the
wheelchair or scooter rides onto the outer edge.  I'm not sure sliding door
rollers will do the job.  Ideally, I'd want a much larger model of lazy
Susan of the type that Stu Alden directed me to that would go out the very
edges of a 4 foot diameter circle.
