You'll need a punch-down tool with 66-type blade. Mount 66-block with the
type "TOP" facing, well, up. Then you stick your wires into the slots
(white goes above the color conductor), excess of the wire facing
downwards, and push on the tool (blade knife facing down). The tool is
going to do what it's designed for: release the spring energy, set the
wire into its place and cut the excess all in one go. Repeat 8 times for
every cable.
