The X10 LM14A responds to a standard X10 status_request with just
status_on or status_off.  However it will respond to an extended
code status request (Type/Command 0x37) with the actual level (0-62),
plus codes indicating it's a lamp rather than appliance module
and whether or not the load, i.e., bulb, is connected.
