    This is NOT an embedded development newsgroup, which makes posting
    a message for an Embedded Development Tools Newsletter OFF TOPIC!

Number 2:

    What you're calling a "newsletter" is nothing more than a glorified
    catalog of products that you sell, making this posting SPAM!!  Where
    is the "news"?!?!?

You've done this before, and it's NOT appreciated!  Please, JUST GO AWAY!!!
