The pressure drop is strongly related to the flow rate. When all taps
are closed, the pressure throughout your system -- both before and after
the filters -- will be equal to the line pressure (whatever your
household pressure regulator is set for). There will be zero drop across
the filters.

To do what you want, I think you'd have to arrange to measure the
pressure drop with a tap open, *to a standard flow rate*.
