Looking for a good , but not overkill, remote to control TV (with buttons
for PIP), DVD, Audio, and possibly x10.

Prefer one with real buttons that you can find by touch.
Prefer one that fits in a palm.

Big items are being able to control TV including swapping images between
main and PIP screen plus running the DVD controls without changing modes
between TV and DVD.
