The FTC is going after Turbo Tax over their "do your taxes for free"
promotion.  They are saying that they must state the conditions up front
as loudly and/or as visibly as they say free.  Tiny print or rapid fire
hard to hear/read at the end is not satisfactory.

Don't count on a legal precedent yet.  Intuit is fighting back and going
to court over it.
