KEY # 8 TIME LOSS-Esprit 626 Keypads

The eletricity was lost and the back-up battery was dead at home, when the
power came back on , key # 8 illuminated. Using the user manual ,I've tryed in
numerous times to reset the the problem, can't even bypass it , naturally
can't even put on the alarm. The question is whos  got a solution ?
