I will list 10-20 targets (non-Government) and you can choose one (or
more) to hack.  You won't do it because you can't.  If you feel my
choices are unfair, I will amend them or solicit the group for
suggestions.  None can be owned by someone you know personally, because
you'll cheat.  You can choose to hack one of my own sites if you want.
I'll make sure all the information exists at the agreed upon site.  Two
3rd parties (that both of us agree on) will verify the information is
there and the content matches.

Let's make it interesting, a small $100 bet.  Or are you too chickenshit?
