Yeah, no surprise...  All manufacturers are shits.  Had a SK / Telguard
issue like that once.  Each blaming the other.  Cancelled Telguard line
voltage was low and they claimed it was fine, and I went dual landline....
Years later tried a new Telguard Solepath... worked perfectly.  Imagine
that.

Had a Firelite that would lock up periodically.  Tried everything.  Chip
upgrades, everything.  Then after months and untold wasted hours, negative
feedback from AHJ, and what lead to a lost customer they said it didn't work
properly in CID mode with all but a tiny handful of receivers.  Switched to
pulse mode and I fixed all the problems just in time for the new alarmco to
look like a hero.  Sigh!

Uplink's high gain antenna had no results, but their remote antenna setting
right next to the unit resulted in triple scale in gain indication mode.
Why even sell the other antenna then?

I have plenty more, but that will do...
