It's just a  personal preference and some old experience .....  and
not a reflection on you, but ..... as a result, through the years I've
not "trusted" Ademco to put out, a timely, quality and well supported
product and now that it's Honeywell, I trust them even less. The
bigger they grow the less significant I become.

I think it just might be the feeling I get when I talk to them that
the next thing I'm going to hear is a mechanical sounding voice
saying :
"RESISTANCE IS FUTILE"

Not to say that it wont turn out to be a great product but I'd rather
pass on this for something that's manufactured by some obscure company
with 3 employees in Iowa, to get a more secure feeling of doing
business with someone.
