Healthcare

Someone here expressed concern that under "Obabacare"
they would be forced to give up their current insurance plan.
The following is cut directly from the bill:

7 SEC. 1251. PRESERVATION OF RIGHT TO MAINTAIN EXIST
8 ING COVERAGE.
9 (a) NO CHANGES TO EXISTING COVERAGE.-
10 (1) IN GENERAL.-Nothing in this Act (or an
11 amendment made by this Act) shall be construed to
12 require that an individual terminate coverage under
13 a group health plan or health insurance coverage in
14 which such individual was enrolled on the date of en
15 actment of this Act.

If anyone else would like to actually read the bill, I'll be
happy to email it to you. If you want the URL, here it
is.

Note that for some reason if you just click any of the links
you'll be able to view the related PDF document but it
can't be saved. Instead, set your option for PDFs with
FireFox or MSIE as "Download", then right-click,
save/as.

Regards,
Robert
