Well, I took a shot at trying to find the Street Smart info on
Honeywells site but they've got the damn thing buried too deep for me
to spend a lot of time looking for it. I don't remember precisely what
the street smart Key Fobs communicate to alarm panels but since it
ties into the keypad bus, it's quite possible that the battery in the
keyfob is what needs changing. But it's just a guess. If you have the
literature that came with the key fob you might find something there
about low battery notification.

That's all I can think of right now except for checking to make sure
all the batteries that you just replaced are well seated in the
transmitters.

Oh and by the way, with lithium batteries it's not totally uncommon to
find them going bad within a short time after replacement. Just the
nature of the beast. You either get years or ............ not.
