This was widely studied when the hoax email about Bush having a 91 IQ and
Clinton with 182 or something.  Those numbers are completely inaccurate and
Snopes has debunked it.

An actual scientific paper* was published and widely believed to be accurate.

I could not find the text in it's entirety, but here is the relevant page with
the estimates (Clinton has about 20 IQ points on GWB) (Oh, and John Quincy
Adams is estimated at a whopping 175!):
