He'll have a bit of a quandary as to whom he'll be loyal. He has to sniff
out the client that (1) has the biggest wallet and (2) the largest number of
billable hours available for him to milk. Since he already did work for one
of the parties he'll have to trend lightly so as to avoid any allegations of
conflict of interest.
