RHC: You bet it's bullshit !! Back in 1995, the Liberal government
added a 1.5 cent surcharge on gas prices to bring down the horrendous
budget deficit we had at the time. They promised it was temporary and
would be rescinded when no longer needed. Today, 13 years later, we're
still being gouged with that surcharge. So much for the "word" of any
Canadian government.

The Liberals must think that we are all complete idiots, to have us
believe that they would allocate this money to "green" ventures to the
exclusion of all else. Our government has a long history of taking
money for one purpose and spending it for anything other than it's
intended purpose, depending upon the political winds of the day.
That's one reason why our infrastructure of roads and bridges is in
such a sorry mess !!

Dion should stay behind a desk in some ivory tower in a university
where he belongs, and leave the leadership of his party to someone
with some common sense......

Oops...sorry....common sense and Liberals in the same
breath....mutually exclusive.....
