Re: DS9400 Board Needed



Since the D7024 can do most anything a DS9400 could why not just replace the
DS9400 with a D7024? The only real difference was the chip inside, the rest
was almost the same. In fact I recall Bosch mistakenly shipped a DS9400 in a
D7024 can before (having ordered the D7024 of course). I didn't know why I
could upload the panel (that I thought was a D7024) with the RPS software.
The way I confirmed it was in fact a DS9400 was to use the DS9400 template
in the RPS software instead of a D7024 and bang, it connected. Since the
DS9400 is no more, that might be good swap for now for future servie issues.
If you can't get a D7024 let me know and I'll see what I can do. I suspect
you have your own sources for Bosch gear already.
