Well, I never heard him spill his guts to the world about what his
ailments were. However with  you it's .... you're too fat, you've got
heart problems, you've got cancer ........  you're a felon for pulling
a gun on someone, you've killed someone.  You've been such a fucked up
individual all your life and have the arrogance to act as if you've
done something good with your life.  Plus the fact that you're a
fucking son of a bitch and a mother fucking cocksucker .......... on
top of everything else that you've managed to fuck up.  Jeeeze after
while there's just no end to how many bad things that can happen to
you, much to the happiness to the people you've made it a point to
aggravate all your life.
