I believe that Geovision has some sort of object tracking, if I'm not
mistaken it uses a fixed camera to view the whole area and a PTZ to zoom in
and follow the target as it moves around. I've never used that feature so I
can't say how well it works, but I have used  Geovision cards in the past,
they have performed reasonably well for a reasonable price.
